Hi! We're Alex and Dean, the founders of Strength City. Our love of fitness started when we were on the International Tour of West Side Story. We quickly learned that in order to improve our athletic performance as dancers and stay injury free, we needed to cross-train. Now, as parents of two, we recognize that being strong is an absolute non-negotiable.
Whether you're training with Strength City in person or through one of our remote programs, we promise to guide you through fundamental skills that will take your overall fitness and wellness to the next level.
Strength City was born at the start of the pandemic out of the necessity to keep people moving. Never did we imagine that we would be opening our own studio, but we are so grateful our journey led us here.
Our ultimate mission is to bring you a smarter standard in training in a positive and supportive environment. Not only do we want to help you become your most capable self, but we want to unite you with an unstoppable community of humans. Come see us and find out for yourself 💪❤️.
