Meet the Team

Co-Founder | Trainer | Programmer
Alexandra Redelico (Alex)
Alex's journey from professional dancer to passionate fitness expert is rooted in the philosophy: "If you don't move it, you lose it!"
Specializing in kettlebells, barbells, and overall strength & mobility training, Alex designs programs for resilience and mind-body connection, ensuring the Strength City community not only moves, but moves well. Being a mom (of two littles) has deepened her personal drive for strength and inspires her mission to create a community of unstoppable humans.
Outside of the gym, she's usually out and about in LIC (or maybe Brooklyn), eating something delicious, chasing after her toddler, and always trying to encourage others to come join the truly inspiring community at Strength City!
